The environment and facilities of the nursing home are very good. The nurses at the front desk are enthusiastic and attentive and care about every need of the patients.

From day one, my sister and I dreaded having to look for a place for a skilled nursing facility for our mom. We spoke to Fay; she invited us to tour the facility. She walked us around, took us into the rehab gym and dining rooms, and looked at the bedrooms. Fay assured us that Heritage Manor was not what we thought it was (previous bad experience with our father from another nursing home), so we decided to put our mom in Heritage Manor. It was the best decision we could have made. You could see the change in our mom immediately; she started to thrive. She was shown compassion, respect, and love. The entire staff at Heritage Manor should be very proud of their job.

My mother has been taken good care of in the past 3 years, especially by one her the staff members named Dolores Dee Hernandez. They have created a bond and understanding even though they speak different languages. I am grateful for having s. Hernandez helping my mom.

My grandma was a long term care patient since 2019. We want to express our gratitude and appreciation to the whole staff. They have a great team of staff, nurses, supervisors, and activity coordinators. Their team treats patients with respect, care and love. The care, attention, and love they gave to my grandma in the past 5 years made her feel comfortable and like home; especially Luz Cristobal and Dee. Both of them took care of my grandma in different rooms. Though it was sad that my grandma recently passed, we take comfort in knowing she was at peace and your team gave her the comfort care at the end.

My loved one is having a nice recovery at Heritage Manor for the last week. Thank you!

It’s really good place for my mom after she fell and fracture. She has been here 2 days. I really want to say the physical therapist- Red, he is so responsible and caring my mom, set up a special way and train other nurses to change diaper for her. All the nurses are very helpful and caring.

I want to give a heartfelt shout-out to the staff at Heritage Manor in Monterey Park! My Mom stayed at the Heritage Manor recently after being discharged from a hospital for a serious infection that was unrelated to Covid-19. She’s 93 years old and, being very independent, she insists on living by herself. Following her discharge, her doctor recommended Heritage Manor so that she can receive around-the-clock care. She was frail, discouraged, and could hardly walk without assurance. When I went to Heritage Manor yesterday to pick her up following her discharge, she appeared strong, high spirited, and was walking on her own! From the moment my Mom checked into Heritage Manor, I noticed how dedicated the staff at Heritage Manor is. Michelle (not sure of her last time), the social worker, was my first point of contact at the facility. Her professionalism and caring nature assured me that my Mom is in good hands and that I did not have to worry about Mom. Since there’s no visitation due to Covid-19, I could only call or FaceTime with Mom. Each time I called, I felt the love and care of each staff member whether it is the receptionist or the nurse. My younger daughter is about to become a LVN soon. As a former US Army helicopter medic, I want to salute all the health care professionals. You are our essential friends and our heroes. Again, a BIG Thank You to Heritage Manor!!

I just want to share the wonderful experience my mom has with this facility. My mom was sent there 2 month ago in pretty bad condition, she couldn’t stand or walk on her own. With the intensive care, including daily checking, on time medications and nice therapy practices, my mom is actually stand up and walk on her own again!! She is soooooo ready to go home. Really thanks to everyone from the facility.

My grandmother was a resident here. In the beginning, we didn’t know what to expect, it was the first time that any of our family member had to stay in a nursing home, so we were all very nervous. The staff and nurses took all those nerves away. They were all very friendly and welcoming. Especially, their Director of Business Development, Jennifer! She always went out of her way to come in and greet my grandmother and make her feel comfortable, especially during those days when she was most anxious. She kept us family updated and answered all our questions and made us feel that our loved one was in good hands.

The facility and the staff are excellent. My mother in law has been a resident here for over 1 year now and could not ask for a better place for the elderly. I highly recommended this place if you are looking to place a relative in a long term or short term care facility.

Heritage Manor is the most quality, professional, caring, loving nursing facility! From the administrative team, Michelle, Faye, charge nurses, Wen, Jenny, Bernadette, nurse assistants (amazing work!), medicine nurses, physical therapists, speech therapists, occupation therapists, group activities leaders… They provide world-class care and family love to my father. During this scary Covid time, they’ve done an awesome job to keep their staff and residents healthy and safe. Everyone works at Heritage Manor is our family and our hero!
